Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

Enigma Events and Production, Inc.

The following Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Enigma Events and Production, Inc. Affiliate Program (“Program”). By joining, you agree to comply with all rules, policies, and guidelines stated below.

1. Eligibility

  • The Program is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
  • All registration information must be accurate and truthful.
  • Enigma reserves the right to approve or reject any application.

2. Affiliate Account & Dashboard

  • Approved Affiliates will receive access to a personal dashboard to track clicks, referrals, commissions, rank progress, and payouts.
  • Affiliates are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity may result in suspension or termination.

3. Rank / Tier Levels

  • The Program uses a rank‑based system where Affiliates progress through tiers by earning Affiliate Status Points.
  • Each rank unlocks improved commission rates, bonuses, or additional perks.
  • Status Points are earned through verified ticket sales generated via the Affiliate’s unique referral link.
  • Enigma may adjust rank requirements, point values, or tier benefits at any time.

Affiliates receive a unique referral link to promote Enigma’s ticket sales.

Allowed Promotion Channels

  • Social media
  • Personal networks
  • Websites or blogs
  • Ethical and transparent marketing methods

Strictly Prohibited

  • Spamming or unsolicited messaging
  • Misleading claims or false advertising
  • Unauthorized use or alteration of Enigma brand assets
  • Paid ads using Enigma’s name, trademarks, or event titles without written approval

Violations may result in forfeiture of commissions and removal from the Program.

5. Commissions & Earnings

  • Commissions are earned from successful ticket purchases made through the Affiliate’s referral link.
  • Commission rates vary depending on the Affiliate’s rank or tier.
  • Commissions are credited only after:
  • The order is fully paid
  • The transaction is verified as legitimate
  • The refund/cancellation window has passed

Enigma may adjust commission structures at any time.

6. Payouts

  • Payouts follow the schedule indicated in the Affiliate dashboard.
  • Affiliates must provide accurate payout details (PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).
  • Minimum payout thresholds may apply.
  • Invalid, fraudulent, or refunded transactions are not eligible for payout.

7. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • If a referred customer requests a refund or initiates a chargeback, the corresponding commission will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.
  • If the commission has already been paid, the negative balance will be applied to future payouts.

8. Program Integrity

  • Enigma may audit Affiliate activity to ensure compliance.
  • Any attempt to manipulate the system — including self‑referrals, fake accounts, or artificial traffic — will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all earnings.

9. Modification of Terms

  • Enigma may update or modify any part of the Program at any time.
  • Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

10. Termination

  • Affiliates may request account closure at any time.
  • Enigma may terminate an Affiliate’s participation for any violation of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, unpaid commissions from invalid or pending transactions may be withheld.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Enigma is not responsible for losses, delays, or issues caused by third‑party platforms, payment processors, or technical errors.
  • Participation in the Program is voluntary and at the Affiliate’s own risk.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By joining the Enigma Events and Production, Inc. Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
